Shot is done repeatedly until a good outcome and then saved. A lot of what I see in that video is done by someone with a keyboard and a controller next to them. Its 2 player controlled vehicles, not ai. The parked cars are just that, regular cars just placed.

You may have to place this png file inside your Beamng.drive installation folder inside steam\steamapps\common\beamng.drive somewhere to get it to import :x It's finicky at times. It might work from mydocuments though.

Then spawn an additional car (that you want to chase) using the vehicle selector section. With that car selected, change the app setting to flee. Tab back to your car, and chase it.
