The common area in the images was not enough, so after trying with the different images, I got the stitched image. Yes that usually happens when images do not overlap enough.

I did it in Python — my all-time favorite language and using OpenCV 3.1.0. Albeit many resources are available on the Internet for this, today I would like to present my work along with the code.
